Quirito Academy GmbH is an experienced and successful training partner for over 50 companies in our region.
We implement the collaborative training model in more than 15 training occupations in the metal and electrical industry. Small, medium-sized and large companies that do not have enough resources and training experience of their own work together with bbw to train apprentices and dual students in professions in materials processing, electrical engineering, electronics and automation technology. We work closely with the chambers and sixth form colleges.
Our training programs strengthen our regional economy, ensure that our companies have a well-trained next generation of skilled workers and make companies fit for competition.

Vocational training in a network - What is that?
Vocational training in a network, i.e. joint training with inter-company training centers and other companies.
Training content/training sections that your company cannot offer or provide, be it basic training, specialist courses or exam preparation, are taken over by competent cooperation partners. This means that even small and highly specialized companies can train young people professionally.
Our region needs well-trained specialists – vocational training in a network is one way to achieve this.
The joint training program is funded by the state of Brandenburg and the European Union.
We have a long-standing tradition of collaborative training. For 30 years, trainees have been trained in the metal and electrical industry professions in modern training workshops and specialist cabinets together with companies from our region. We have been a recognized examination centre of the IHK Ostbrandenburg since 1991.
A training cooperation with us also enables your company to provide up-to-date, complete, uncomplicated and varied vocational training.
